1. Service Delivery
While GetATaxi strives to provide timely service according to your booking, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, high demand periods).
We recommend allowing adequate buffer time when making bookings, especially for important schedules like airport transfers.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must contact GetATaxi within 5 minutes of their scheduled pickup time if their vehicle hasn’t arrived
- For after-hours bookings, contact your assigned driver directly
- Oversized luggage requires prior approval
3. Waiting Time Charges
We apply the following waiting time charges at $0.60 per minute:
- Airport-bound trips: After 5 minutes from scheduled pickup time
- Domestic Airport pickups: 30 minutes after flight arrival or 5 minutes after scheduled pickup (whichever is later)
- International Airport pickups: 60 minutes after flight arrival or 5 minutes after scheduled pickup (whichever is later)
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup
- Late cancellations will incur the full quoted fare

5. Liability & Claims
- Maximum liability for claims: $200.00
- GetATaxi reserves the right to transfer bookings to partner companies if necessary

6. Additional Charges
- Parking charges (excluding airport parking) and road tolls are additional to quoted fares
- Airport parking fees are included in quoted prices
